One of the great advantages of Dental clinics EO Dent is the dental laboratory that we have. The team of excellent specialists – master-dental technicians and last-generation equipment are paying a significant role, so every patient can receive the best and the fastest possible dental treatment and his/her smile to be a real work of art.
The good collaboration between our dental specialists and dental technicians allows us to offer a comprehensive treatment, individual approach and smile design. Fast-and-easy treatment solutions and most importantly - in one location.
The dental laboratory has state-of-the-art equipment in the field of dental prosthetic reconstructions. The entire process in the dental laboratory is digitalized. We have the most modern CAD-CAM systems. There is no construction that cannot be made by us. We have a rich range of zirconium, innovative polymers and incrustation materials. Our dental laboratory has the advantage of fabricating individual abutments for implants. We also have different materials for the press-ceramics technology. The dental laboratory uses the extremely accurate moulding technology Bego.
Such systems allow us to operate in the field of non-metal technologies that guarantee strenght, bio-compatibility and superior aesthetics.
Our dental laboratory has the high-technology system for removable prostheses of Bredent – Germany, distinguished by strength, functionality and aesthetics (thermal press technology). The excellent dentists and dental technicians are taking care of the new aesthetic and functional smile of our patients.
UNIQUE TECHNOLOGY, CALLED "ZEBRIS"
What is "ZEBRIS" technology? This is a state-of-the-art appliance that registers the movements, positions and the conditions of the lower jaw towards the upper. By registering the basic positions (central occlusion, central relation), maximum opening position, incisal and canine guidance, etc) this technology gives us diagnostic information of the dynamics of the lower towards the upper jaw and that information helps us to understand in details what exactly are the conditions in every given case.
It gives us unlimited number of possibilities to work with patients with absolutely normal relations of the teeth and the jaws, because we would like to see the reconstructions in function as well (feeding regimen, biting etc.), but not only the aesthetic part of our work. Taking an impression for a given construction, dentists provide information to the dental technician which he/she inputs in a machine, called articulator (simulator of the movements of the lower towards upper jaw). The impression is taken in a static mode, i.e. we cannot provide information about the dynamics of the complex jaws-teeth. The technology of "Zebris" provides us with that insignificant at first glance information, i.e. individual values for each patient that are used for articulator set up. The easiest way to understand that is the following generalization: according to the average statistical information, all people in the world should wear shoes size No. 43, but do all people really wear shoes size No. 43? Of course not, the answer is clear.
HOW DOES THE MACHINE WORK
Required measurements are performed, as the process takes no more than 15 minutes. The information gathered from the measurements is stored in a computer database. This information can also be transfered to digital dental articulator or to a conventional one, depending on the case. If the construction is going to be produced by a CAD-CAM milling machine, all simulations are made virtual. The final results and the technological advantages for the patient, dental technician and dentist are indisputable. No matter what reconstruction we are making and how we do it, by using "Zebris" technology we significantly improve the quality of the service, offered by us. For the patient it is important to have beautiful, comfortable and functional teeth. For the good dentist, it is important to be accurate in diagnostics and when knowing the diagnosis, for the dental technician it is important to know precisely what needs to be done. As we know, satisfaction comes, when the patient is pleased and happy and by doing a good job, the dentist and dental technician can enjoy a drink after the working day!
